Kortierra is a small kennel based in Hobart, Tasmania. I brought my first Sibe Mishkah in 1994, unfortunatly Mishkah passed away very suddenly at the age of 5 1/2 yrs old, which put an end to my lines.

Now I have introduced new lines, and with some exciting future breeding plans. All my guys not only injoy the show ring they injoy going to the beach/snow, and just being dogs.

They are all family members with a very special place in my heart, and there health and happiness is my main priority.

I introduced Abi the Shiba Inu to our kennels early 2004, and was titled within months of her arrival. Abi gets on well with the sibes.

All my guys are hip scored and eye tested before any matings take place.

I would like to thank my niece Kayla Maher for handling Abi and Rhythm And congratulations to Kayla for winning the Junior section at the Tasmanian state handlers final this year (2005) which also on the same day handled Abi to win runner up in group. Not only is Kayla a fantastic handler she also has a very special bond with the dogs which makes them a great team.
